The gardens and pool were beautiful for relaxation.
The key card system was highly problematic and inconsistent, requiring me to trek back to reception frequently. The lack of prompt assistance when I needed to move rooms and the unfriendliness of the staff at times really diminished my overall experience.

Overall the service was great! We had a rich breakfast on stainless steel dishes. Location: the hotel was just off the supermarket, the Sierra Nevada foothills and mature mixed gardens.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel celebrating a special birthday, from the moment I arrived I was delighted with the hotel location, friendliness off staff and beautiful rustic, boutique style design and layout of interior and grounds of hotel. A real gem stone hidden away in alpujarras!

Staff were very friendly and quick to help. The car park is rather difficult to access but there was no charge for it which is some compensation. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if the opportunity arose.
The choice for breakfast was rather limited.

Very nice location and magnificent view at the mountains from the room and private terrace. Located in the center of a small city you are close to nice restaurants etc, while inside the hotel complex the atmosphere is very peaceful with a very nice garden, sitting areas and swimming pool.
We found quite some long hairs from previous guests in the bathroom.

The location was ideal, nestled in the heart of a charming village. The spacious garden offered a tranquil retreat and was beautifully illuminated at night. The key card system was inconsistent, causing frequent trips to reception, and some staff interactions felt less than warm. The hotel's indoor pool was not as inviting as expected, not providing the relaxing atmosphere I had hoped for.

The outdoor pool and beautifully maintained garden provide a lovely retreat. Dining experiences were a highlight, with excellent steak and the uniquely good fig ice cream dessert that I couldn't resist ordering twice. The room's air conditioning was ineffective, leaving it uncomfortably warm at times, and the initial reception was less than cute, lacking a friendly atmosphere that would have enhanced the stay.

Superb hotel perfectly situated in spa town, Very nice rooms, high standard, restaurant very good, with outside option. Complimentary half bottle of wine in room a nice gesture. Hotel staff were excellent.
Restaurant staff were a bit grim. Give us a smile now and then ladies!

A beautiful hotel, well designed and comfortable with delightful nooks and crannies, lemon trees, flowers and fountains. The staff were friendly, smiling and helpful and attentive to our every needs. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The tea and coffee maker was a much appreciated touch. Food in the restaurant was delicious and very good value, with house wine available at a very reasonable price. The choice and selection of dishes was just right, and the food was well cooked and presented in a delightful room warmed by a log fire. The swimming pool was open-in February-and was crystal clear and well maintained. I was also able to swim in the indoor Spa pool. Views from the rooms and gardens over the valley, with the imposing ruined castle, were stunning. We felt as if we were honoured family guests. Faultless. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
